General terms and conditions

All prices in Euro ex works for end-customers, inclusive of all taxes and duties. Glass and packaging is included as well as the disposal costs. The offers on this website are not legally binding.

Payment conditions
Payment immediately after receipt of invoice. In case of default of payment we account 12% interest for default p.a. If our conditions are not met later orders will be fulfilled only in case of prepayment. The delivered goods remain our property until all outstanding accounts are balanced. Place of fulfilment: Illmitz; Jurisdiction: Neusiedl am See.

Orders
Orders are arranged after the date of order and will be - as far as possible - considered. You will get a written reservation acknowledgement. We reserve the right to shorten orders.

Tasting and buying directly at the winery: Please contact us in advance for arranging a date. There are no fixed opening hours.
